Returns Policy:

Our 30-day returns guarantee:
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please return your goods to the address stated below.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds Policy:

When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. Qadimoon will send you a refund in the form which is most convenient, this will be issued either in a cheque or refunded via Paypal or Nochex. Qadimoon will send out refund after receiving the returned goods and you shall receive the cheque between 3-5 working days and the refund via Paypal and Nochex will be instantaneous.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us.

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period:
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item.
Please note: We will not refund the cost of delivery and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please give the reason for the return. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
